Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

We offer free economy shipping on qualifying orders of $100 and more.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products typically ship within 7-10 business days from when you place your order. The processing time is dependent on our overall order volume. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track your order.

How do I return or exchange a product?

What if the product(s) I've ordered run out of stock or are put on backorder?

On occasion, an item may be temporarily out of stock when you place your order. If the item you want is out of stock, it will be put on back order and shipped to you ASAP. We will email you if an item sells out for the season.

How do your products fit and where can I find sizing information?

Do your products shrink?

Many of our products are made using pre-shrunk fabric; you will find this information in the product description on individual product pages. We do recommend that you wash all b Positive Project products in cold water and either hang dry or use a cool/low cycle on your dryer. This will prevent shrinkage and prolong the life of your product.

How accurate are the colors shown online?

The colors depicted on our website are a close depiction of actual product colors, but may not be an exact rendition. When you view the details of a product, there should be multiple product images.
